Yushien Garden

Yushien Garden is located on Daikonjima Islands in the middle of Lake Nakaumi.
It was established as a private garden in the first place and then opened to the public .
It features about 250 types of peonies.
The garden has every aspect of garden elements like ponds, waterfalls, streams and stone lanterns.

Visitors can enjoy flowers and garden throughout the year.
Spring is most highly recommended season to visit. Peony festival takes place from late April to May.
In winter, the garden is lit up by thousands of LED lights, which is absolutely spectacular.
The illumination is usually from late November to December.
