Ichibata Yakushi Temple is located in Izumo city and founded in 894.
The main hall is on the mountain top at 200m.
This temple is known for its benefit for eye problems.

Although there are 1300 steps of staircase to the top, the parking lot for those who have walking problem is available.
This temple has its own accommodation in their premises.
The views from the mountain top is spectacular.You can see Lake Shinji on a clear day.
Zen meditation(Zazen),Japanese caligraphy(Shakyo) are available( subject to availability).
